Henrique Antonucci

Henrique acts in the litigation area, advising Brazilian and foreign clients from various sectors, with a strong presence in the Federal Regional Courts and Superior Courts. His practice focuses mainly on direct taxes, such as IRPJ/IRPF, CSLL, PIS contributions, COFINS, CIDE, and social security contributions, with extensive experience in handling legal actions arising from tax assessments of various natures and related to disallowances of federal tax credits, as well as proceedings involving tax theses. He has experience in handling judicial litigation for companies, especially in the paper and pulp, mining, chemical, and food sectors.
