Letícia Azevedo Andare
Letícia Andare works in federal litigation, with an emphasis on direct taxes, especially income tax and federal contributions. She has experience in complex disputes involving the taxation of legal entities, tax offsets, disputes over the deductibility of expenses and investment subsidies. She acts strategically in the preparation of procedural documents and in the management of appeals, especially before the Federal Regional Courts and Superior Courts. She has a degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, class of 2020, and is a postgraduate student in National Tax Law at the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), where she is also an associate.
