Founding partner of the firm. Recognized in the area of indirect taxation, both in strategic advisory and in highly complex judicial and administrative proceedings, mainly before the Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Supreme Court. Advises national and international clients from various sectors of the economy, with emphasis on agribusiness, industry, and aviation. Lectures in several refresher, undergraduate, and specialization courses. He is the creator and author of the IOB Guide to ICMS/IPI Legal Procedures, a reference work for professionals working in the sector, in addition to several highly relevant academic articles. Recognized for his technical, direct, and efficient approach, he is frequently named in Brazilian and international legal publications and rankings.
